Mekong Dragons is offering a FREE, one day camp, demonstrating the fundamentals of dragon boating, team building, competition and fun!

Boat ramp at the Stone Mountain Lake
(Within Stone Mountain Park)
Time:
10:30 am
(ending around 3:00 pm – 3:30 pm)
Schedule of events:
10:30 am – 11:45 am
Safety protocols, on-land instructions, load the boat, technical drills and 200 m x3.
11:45 am – 1:00 pm
Video review & lunch break.
1:00 pm – 2:30 pm
Warm-up, race starts, 200 m x3.
What to Wear/Bring:
– Mekong Dragons will supply paddles and life jackets. If you have your own, we encourage you to use them.
– Please wear workout clothes and shoes that you don’t mind getting wet.
– Dress in layers as the day may start cooler but will warm up as we progress.
– Bring a change of clothes, towel, and water bottle.
– We will have a lunch break in between sessions. Mekong Dragons will supply extra water and sandwich bar. If you have any food allergies, please “lettuce” :) know.
